IBPS has released the much-awaited notification for Specialist Officer Recruitment in 2018. There are a total of 1590+ vacancies for various posts of Specialist Officers. Following are the posts under this recruitment process:

What is the Eligibility Criteria?

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: A Degree (Graduation) with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) or equivalent grade, in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. 

AGE (AS ON 01.10.2018): Minimum 20 years – Maximum 30 years i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.10.1988 and not later than 01.10.1998 (both days inclusive)

What are the SALARY & EMOLUMENTS ?

Scale is JMGS-I - 23700 – 980/7 – 30560 – 1145/2 – 32850 – 1310/7 – 42020 Dearness Allowance, HRA, CCA, Medical Aid, Leave Fare Concession etc. and Perquisites like Conveyance, Furniture etc., depending on the place of posting shall be paid as per rules.

What is the Selection Procedure?

The selection shall be by way of Online Objective Test followed by Group Discussion and Interview.

Indian Bank PO Prelims 2018 Result Out: Check Here

Indian Bank has released the Result for Online PO Prelims Exam. You can see your result from the list given below. Indian Bank PO Prelims Examination was conducted on 06th of October 2018. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the online main examination on 04th of November 2018. The tentative date for download of call letter for the main exam is 22nd October.

Candidates who clear the online main examination will be called for an interview. Successful candidates will go through a one year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course at Indian Bank Manipal School of Banking (IBMSB), which has been set up jointly by Indian Bank and Manipal Global Education Service Private Limited. On successful completion of the course, candidates will be appointed as Probationary Officer (PO) in any branch of the Indian Bank.
